原料:白豆腐干200克香菇(水发)50克黄瓜30克葱5克盐5克鸡汤500克冬笋(或玉兰片)50克熟火腿50克植物油50克料酒5克味精3克制作:将白豆腐干平放在案板上,横向上下斜刀片成锯齿形片,再切成细丝。冬笋、香菇、火腿和黄瓜都切成细丝;葱切小片。锅放水坐火上,水沸时放入切好的豆腐丝焯一下捞出,以除去豆生味。锅坐火上,放油烧至6成热时下葱,炒出香味时放鸡汤、料酒及豆腐丝、冬笋丝、香菇丝、火腿丝。汤...
